How do I scan an event?

Open the app and tap the camera button. Point your camera at an event flyer, poster, or screenshot and take a photo. The app will automatically extract event details for you to review and save.

Why isn't the event information accurate?

Our AI works best with clear, well-lit images. If the text is blurry, at an angle, or partially obscured, accuracy may be reduced. You can always edit the extracted details before saving.

How do I sync events to my calendar?

After extracting event details, tap "Save to Calendar". You'll be prompted to select which calendar to save to. Make sure you've granted calendar permissions in your device settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Images are processed in real-time and not stored permanently. See our Privacy Policy for details.
